Technology services & pricing

Start with what is not working the way it should.

You do not need to diagnose the problem or know the technical terms. Describe the device, connection, account, or setup involved, and I will help identify the right next step.

Find the help you need

Four focused areas of technology support.

Services are available to households, home offices, and small businesses. If your request involves more than one device or problem, include the full list so the work can be scoped efficiently.

One-time service pricing

Useful starting prices, not mystery estimates.

The final labor price depends on scope, condition, compatibility, travel, and the amount of information or equipment involved. The cost of any required parts or equipment will be added to that price. You will know the approved total before work starts.

Ongoing technology support

Build support around the technology you actually use.

After an initial service appointment, ongoing support may be tailored for a household, home office, or small business. The scope can include scheduled remote check-ins, priority assistance, and technology planning with clear device and response limits.

Ongoing support remains technology-only. A plan and price are proposed after the environment and support expectations are understood.

A clearly defined practice

Focused on technology—not general home work.

Tidewater Home Tech does not offer general handyman, electrical, plumbing, alarm or surveillance, locksmith, permanent wiring, wall-mounting, structural, or permitted trade work.

Technology involving permanent building wiring, security cameras, alarm functions, electronic locks, access control, thermostats, or structural attachment is outside the services offered. When another type of professional is needed, I will say so clearly.

Not sure where to start?

Describe the problem in your own words.

Model numbers, screenshots, and photos can help, but they are not required for the first conversation. Never send passwords, passcodes, or security codes.
